Haha! *rubs back of neck* I think I have figured things out, for the most part... I'm happy to be back. But Dragonrider, I highly suggest watching the movie (unless you can buy Broadway tickets!) or at least listen to some of the music.

Oh my gosh, Phantom of the Opera is amazing!  I absolutely adore it.  I got to see it when the tour stopped by closeish to where I live.  It was brilliant.  I've watched the movie as well, but I have to say, it's so much better when you see it in person.  And the book! *shivers*  The book is a masterpiece, and I highly recommend reading it, it gives a whole new light to the production.  Anyways, I could go on and on, but I shall stop now.

Is the book like a script or is it like a regular book? I haven't got to see the tour, but I want to. My mom and her boyfriend did and they said it was amazing! I have only watched the movie but I'm guessing the production is much better.

Do you remember that scene at the beginning of act 2, after the masquerade, where the phantom appears after six months of absence and says, "Did you miss me, good messieurs? I have written you an opera!"

WHAT THAT TRANSLATED TO IN MY HEAD:

Hey guys, did you miss me? I wrote you an opera! X3

Andrè and Firmin: ...

Hi Maple! It's good to see you again!! And to answer your question... OF COURSE I'VE SEEN THE MOVIE AND HAVE LISTENED TO THE MUSIC!!!! I ABSOLUTELY ADORE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA!!!!! Ok, caps off now. :) Anyways, I LOVE Phantom of the Opera. It's totally amazing!! My favorite song is "Phantom of the Opera." In fact, my friend and I are writing a fanfiction story based off of Phantom of the Opera. It's about the Phantom's daughter Violet. If you want to read it, I could probably post it on here.

Welcome back, Maple! Soooo glad you're back!

I'm in love with the music from Phantom of the Opera! For one of my dance schools winter tour show thing I'm dancing a duet to one of the songs.

@Maple,  It's an actual book!  It was written by a french author, Gaston Leroux.  It is titled, same as the musical, The Phantom of the Opera.  I'm not sure what age groups it's appropriate for, I'm much older than most of you guys on here, but from what I remember it was fine, no risqué scenes as far as I remember.  Most people classify the book as "Gothic horror", and it can be pretty dark at times.

I am listening to Phantom of the Opera (the original one with Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman) right now...

I'm a soprano and I am so sad because I'm sick and can't hit the notes at the end!
