I'm sorry, but there is one more very important rule about attacking people. Once you are attacked, you can not gather additional forces from other territory. If you are attacked in Luxamburg with only a magic fairy wand and five pies, you cannot summon an entire army of storm troopers that are located at your base. The only time you can move your forces is when you are not being attacked.
Also, you can't call for reinforcements from other people on your team. But you can call for reinforcements from alliances and mercenaries allied with you.
