All I can say is, there aren't any cars flying through the sky yet....
Actually, funny story: I watched the second Back to the Future, when they go to 2015, on New Year's, the FIRST DAY OF 2015. XD

We already have a car than can transform into a plane (look it up), but flying cars will NEVER be mass produced. Think about it, there's already so many accidents on the road, imagine what chaos would unfold in the sky! Plus, do you really want your view of the sky obstructed by all those vehicles?

And we wouldn't have walkie talkies, like they got from the future to communicate. We would use smart phones. Or something better. And we don't have mind controlled video games, either. And the style is waaay off in the movie. I watched it yesterday, it was hilarious.
