So so yesterday I found out a boy I liked likes me back. But he didn't tell me. He told my friend through somebody else's phone. But the phone's owner looked through his texts, and saw the confession. And then announced it in a great big group text to the whole grade. Nobody knows I like him except one person, but now everyone knows he likes me. So when we go back to school on Tuesday its going to be a LIVING NIGHTMARE. I need advice. We are really close and I don't want reading to tear us apart. Please help.

1) Pray. I understand if you're not religious, but if you are, ask God to help you with the situation.

2) Here is Brooke's survival guide to a crush confession:

PLAN A: Take him aside after class and tell him how you feel. Also, if anyone makes jokes about you two "getting together," laugh it off.

PLAN B: Treat everyone normally and wait for this to blow over. Stay strong!

...Sheesh. That is... a big problem. I really don't know what you can do to fix this, but don't act scared. Walk with your head held high and calmly answer any questions. Once I forgot something critical to my everyday appearance, and I was totally mortified and everyone kept asking me awkward things, but if you act confident then people won't make fun of you. Personally, I don't think he should have sent something from another person's phone, and that person had no right to go blabbing that everywhere anyway!

Thank you guys! That means so much to me..., @ another friend : I know not the smartest desist on on his behalf, but oh well..... I'm thinking about saying I love you in French to him...

First off,

I'll be praying. Something similar just happened recently to me. AND to a friend  of min

. Just remain calm, and act like yourself. Try to be happy and cheerful around your friend.  You might could try to bring up the text message to your friend and laugh about it. That would probably make him, and you, feel better.

If talking to him about the situation is too freaky, (I would NEVER be able to tell my crush I liked him, even if someone said he liked me) I would probably write him a note instead of telling him in person.
