Whopiiiiie! I was begining to think you left chatterbox! I'm so glad your back. We have some new people here (yay!), so everything's been going pretty well. There's a new Ski Lodge mystery being started that you've got to join. If you can't find it, I can post the link. Bleh, let me slow down. Everyone was worried,  we'd put you on the 'missing CBers list!' Glad you're back!

Admin, I have a question about rights.

like, if I post a poem or something under the name Bob Z, for example, and my name really is Bob uh....Zuwey or something (just an example here), what if someone under a different name, like Dragonkid, publishes that poem somewhere else? Can I be like, I wrote that, not him/her?

or the other way around, can you publish something you've already pubzlish d on Cricket? 

 

Cricket generally has the right to publish in the magazine samples of CBer writing that they've submitted to the CB. We've published CB posts in the Letterbox, Cricket Readers Recommend, and the Crowd-Sorcery pages. We'd like to include more samples of CBer writing in the magazine when we can--such as short excerpts from some of the roleplays. These are published to show the kinds of cool things that are going on on the Chatterbox.
 
Someone who took your poem and published elsewhere (e.g., on another site) under a different name would not have the right to do so.  -Admin
