I'm dying of curiosity! What is Camp NaNo!!! I've heard about it on CB, but nowhere else. I don't think, anyway, I could have.
It's a site where participants write a novel in a month. They are grouped in "cabins." I think it's for the month of July.

Admin is right! Camp NaNo is an extension of NaNoWriMo: National Novel Writing Month, which is in November. In Camp, (which is about to have a July session but there's also an April session), you join a "Cabin", basically a mini chat with several other writers in your cabin, and you write a novel. For Camp, your word count is adjustable as opposed to November where you have to write 50,000 for the adult site (13 and up) or 30,000 for YWP (12 and under). Camp is a blast and a great way to get your feet wet for November! This is my. . . fifth? time doing Camp and it's always fun! If you're interested I highly recommend it!

I'm doing Camp NaNo for the first time this July, and I'm so excited! We should definitely set up some sort of CBer cabin (if that's possible). My username is SincerelyNora, by the way. You should join!

Why do you have to be 13? Do all the people in a cabin work together on one story? Is it possible to have a CB cabin?

You have to be 13 because it's the "adult' site.
There is a website for younger people. It's called Young Writers Program or YWP. l have an account on there, l'll give you my username if you want.

No, each person in the cabin writes their own individual story. The purpose of the cabin is to make friends, and to get tips and feedback to use for your story. Although I guess you could work together with someone if you really wanted to! {:
