CBer to CBer,

Chatterbox: Down to Earth

CBer to CBer,

CBer to CBer, I have a question.

Weeping angels and Doctor Who. If you do not know what those things are, nevermind. If you do, please read on.

I need to know. Were you frightened by the episodes with Weeping Angels? Because my mom told me that I can't watch them, but I need group reviews. Because my parents made that mistake with a lot of things- Harry Potter (books and 7th & 8th movies),  Hunger Games. I want to make sure they don't make the same mistake with Doctor Who.

Thanks!

Well, as a a Whovian, I say that no, I wasn't scared. If you aren't deterred by the Hunger Games or Harry Potter movies, I'd say go for it. The Weeping Angels didn't scare me- they were creepy, yes, but overall, my thoughts were was that the episode was a cool idea.

And, from your post, it seems that you have been watching Doctor Who already. If you haven't ignore this part. :) But if you have, then you've probably already seen the episode with the little child in the gas mask. That one was the scariest, in my opinion. (although it was still awesome.)

I hope this helps!

Yeah, I have! That child with the gas mask was sooo creepy. Especially because I couldn't watch both parts on the same day! I had to wait weeks before I could watch part two!

Thank you!

Top!

I was not scared, but everyone is different. However, if you were fine with the last two Harry Potter movies and The Hunger Games, then I would not be worried at all. Have you seen other Doctow Who episodes?

Some of them. I have finished Christopher Eccleston, and starting David Tenant- I haven't finished one about cyborgs yet. (alternate dimension. Rose is a dog!)

OK well I personally think that Daleks and Cybermen are scarier than weeping angels so I would think it would be fine for you too watch it.

I am not really a Whovian, but I have watched like two or three episodes and hope to watch more.

One of those episodes was "Blink".

I for one found it suspenseful but not SCARY.

Animatronics are scarier.
