Chatterbox: Down to Earth

Before I start, let me say that no one need reply to this. You can if you want to, of course, but it isn't like an advice thread or anything. I just kind of want to talk, and this is the best place to do it.

My great-grandfather just died. I have a very young family, so while some people will be saying their grandparents died, I'll be saying my great-grandparents died. Which is now completely true.

He was on dialasis, a process that removes liquid from your kidneys. It used to make him feel really good and refreshed, but then it just made him tired. So he decided to stop.

He died peacefully in a coma.

I'll be leaving for his funeral tomorrow.
