Well, one thing to do is to use time on your computer as a prize for homework. You can make a chart with the type of homework you get, or maybe certain times it takes you to get different things done.
It can say something like this:
20 minutes of homework=10 minutes of computer
30 minutes of homework=15 minutes of computer
45 minutes of homework=20 minutes of computer
And so on.
You don't have to start that low, because doing your homework would take a long time if you stopped and took a ten minute break every 20 minutes.
It could also look like this:
Math=10 minutes
English=5 minutes
Science=15 minutes
You can change the computer time around depending on how long each subject takes you and how hard/easy it is for you.
Another strategy ( and this one might work better) is that you are not allowed on your computer untill alll your homework is done.
These strategys aren't really the way I get to doing my homework, because I don't have a computer, we have a shared family computer that I use, and also, I am only allowed 30 minutes on it on weekdays and an hour on weekends. That doesn't include homework on the computer or important things like that. What I usually do is I don't allow myself to read or play or ask to go on the computer ( actually, my parents tell me that I can't) untill I finish all my homework.
Hope these suggestions help!

I usually don't keep from procrastinating. Instead, I calculate how long it will take to do all my homework, and add in the the time that I am reading/playing on the computer, to get a longer period of time, and just give myself that amount of time to do homework, so that I don't end up with not enough time.

Well, isn't it obvious? GET THAT COMPUTER OUTTA YOUR ROOM!
