It is not me, but I have a theory. "." and "bottom" is not one person. I think that there are multiple people posting as them when they want to say something negative. BUt I'm probably wrong...

I think it is multiple people. I know actually because I was "." once. But I didn't say anything negative just like "Who is this?" Or maybe it was on an advice thread and I didn't want people knowing my problem. I'm not really sure but it wasnt negative.

I'm not just one person. And not negative, I just post as something like "." or "..." or "no name please" when I am posting someone not in my CB character. I hardly ever do it, I am not the negative dot.
