I saw you talking about college, and I know you homeschooled for high school. Can you give me any information about homeschooling in high school?

Anyone else who is in high school and homeschools, please, comment below.

What information do you need ?

For curriculum , I use a variety . For gov. & ec. I'm using Notgrass (I don't really like it , it's bland , but whatever) , for algrebra , i use Math-u-See , and let me tell you . This is truly the BEST out there . i think everyone in any school should use it . Moving on , for Spanish I use Duolingo , Rosetta Stone , and StudySpanish.com . For science I use Apologia . This is another one that I believe is the best out there . For geo. , i don't know the name of the curriculum . Uhmm , I finished my lit credits. For logic , I'm reading this book called Thinking Toolbox . It's really good ! I recommend it . For Bible , my mom has me read different books and write an essay every other week and answer questions each day . I've finished my English credits so I'm just doing Vocabulary . And for that , I use WordlyWise .  For our schoolwork planner , we use Homeschool Planet . For electives , I take a lot of online classes through EdX and Coursera .

I can't think of any others ... I'm required to have like 40 credits to graduate and I have like 33 of them , plus a lot of extracurricular . Next school year , all I have is math & science and economics , and Spanish .  I already have  4 Spanish credits , but I'm trying to be fluent , so yeah .

As far as social life , it's perfectly normal . I have a lottt of friend ... as far as my school day , this semester it's only been from 10 to 1 , so it's great .  I'm my own teacher , I usually only go to my mom for help .

If you have any questions , feel free to ask ! (:

HOMESCHOOLER! YAHOOOO! I'm homeschooled as well. It's been a lot of fun. This year I'm doing a special homeschool program where they give you the curriculum, but I do abeka science. I strongly recommend that you look into it for anyone else out there who homeschools.
