I really don't quite know how to say all this, but I've been planning on leaving the CB for a while: for one thing, I'm going to college in the fall and won't have much time for this kind of thing, and for another, I keep feeling that the CB has steadily been changing, and that I don't really fit in with it anymore. I still really appreciate it for what it has given me in the 3 years I've posted here, but it's not the same, and I feel the more I come, the more I'm reminded of how it used to be.
That's not to say I have anything against the new things about it or the people. It's just that I feel like one of the last survivors of some era. So many of the people who've been my friends and fellow posters ever since I've come are slowly leaving, and it's a little lonely being among the last.
I will still post on here when I can (there's a new Internet ban on at my house anyway, so I can't even go online much at all), but I don't know how often. Anyway, I just wanted to give you all a heads-up in case I suddenly disappear for good one day.

P.S. That sounded extremely melodramatic, and I'm sorry. But it does feel like a moving occasion, saying farewell to such an important part of my life, and I don't know how I could do it sufficiently.
You will be remembered fondly, Everinne, as are other Chatterboxers who have grown up and moved on. But remember you can check in with us at any time and let us know how you're doing.

Wow.
I'm a little shell shocked, very sad, and yet I understand your decision. I hope you will pop in once every so often, but even if you don't, our time with you will be remembered very fondly.
You always seemed like the North Star here, and Chatterbox will be lost for a while without you. Thank you for eveything you've done for each of us. You've always been kind and considerate to everyone.

I don't know anyone all that well, and I don't know the CB all that well, but this... just the way you put it could be heartbreaking, and I can tell that you were a valuble CB member. I hope you do well in college.

Everinne, I will miss you so much. I really did cry reading this. I was always so fond of you. You were...one of the older ones I looked up on when I first came here. I would beg of you to stay, but I know my words would do nothing. You have decided what to do. Please enjoy your time at college. I should be happy for you, and I am, but at the same time.....oh Everinne! The CB will be much drab without you. :*( I....like you very much. =^_^=

*Sigh* I knew that it would come to this; that every current CBer would someday leave. But I didn't think that would come so soon! (That sounded so melodramatic. Sorry, guys.)
You are one of the true CBers, Everinne. I promise you, you will be missed. I remember back when you were Piper C., and when you became Everinne. Honestly, I will really, really miss you. If I were the sort of person that cried often, I would be a flood right now. You put so much into CB, Everinne.
On the brighter note, I hope that you will be at least checking in once in a while - and I really hope you do awesome in college. And at your age (I sound like a stuffy old grandmother, don't I? And I'm only just a teenager) going to college! Wow. Good for you, Everinne!

I will deeply miss your presence on the chatterbox. I was on here a year ago under a different name and remember the old CB and miss it too. You brought so much to that and to the current CB as well, that is how I know you will go on to do great things in college. I look forward to the occasions when you pop in, but for now I wish you luck for your adventures to come.

Chatterbox will not be the same without you. You will be missed. I'm pretty new to CB and some of your posts helped me find my way around. I hope you enjoy college. Please post how it is going from time to time.

I'll miss you, Everinne! Although, throughout life, I have learned that every person will turn up a new leaf someday, so I am sincerely saying goodbye if you ever do leave.
