I self published, so it's really not that big of a deal is what I want to tell people I know IRL. Actually, I do, but it doesn't help. I'm still not used to people exclaiming over it.)

No, it's not really, but I think it's best to polish it up. I'm naturally very self critical, but there are a lot of mistakes in mine that I can't fix now, because the copies are printed. But it's not at all that hard. I was able to do it for free, and get a little money off of it, by selling it at Amazon. 

I used CreateSpace, which is this free online publishing company. I know you can't post links here, but you should be able to find it. They gave me an option to put it on Amazon, Amazon Europe, or through Kindle, once I published it. You can type it up, and then you can use it to make a cover, and the actual making of the book. They give you a nice selection of options to choose from, too.

Uploading a format that actually fits correctly can be kind of tricky, though. I had to upload like eight different versions before it worked for mine.
