What does everybody

What does everybody here want to do when they grow up? (after college, if you go) I am curious.

I want to be an avian scientist, who breeds chickens. And a baker. With a house full of books. (I know, so weird.)

If I had a mansion, I would fill it with books of every kind and open it to the public as a library. There would be reading nooks scattered about the house, and people could go there to read or study. (I do not know how I would procure the mansion, though. Just saying.)

What would you do if you had a mansion all to yourself? (Just imagine. Forget the money matters on this one, ok?) (If you already have one, what if you lived in it all alone?) 

 

If you don't want to say what you would do, don't. I do not want to make people uneasy.

When I grow up (well, I'll never truly grow up), I want to be a historian and an author.

I don't think I'd like to live in a mansion (I've never been the big house, lots of money type). I want just enough money to pay the bills and live somewhat comfortably. Not rich or anywhere really near it.

But if I had a mansion, like Magic Dragon, I'd want it to be filled with books! I'd want a library like Ilse Hermann's from The Book Thief. Then I'd have a gigantic kitchen so I can do a mixture of science and cooking experiments that would often likely end in explosions of something radioactive. (I'd also hire a bomb removal team to clean my house.) I'd have an observatory to look at the stars, a large living room wiht huge sofas that would let me just flop on them, giant beds to jump on, bathrooms with bathtubs the size of swimming pools, a pool with a diving board, a movie theater, and a dungeon to hold prisoners. I'd also have a large garden with unkillable plants (I can and do kill ANYTHING. I have no green thumb.), and a large, flat field for a runway. (By this time I would be a pilot.) And of course a hanger to hold the plane. I'd also have cannons to shoot down any attackers. And artic foxes. Lots of artic foxes roving the grounds. 

That would be my mansion.

I want to be either a biochemist or a psychiatrist. I love chemistry, and I love human behavior and the brain. I still can't decide betwen them. If I had a mansion all to my self...actually, I have no idea. I might turn it into an orphanage.

I want to be an author and a librarian. Or a historian. Or well, since I was little, I harbored a dream of being an interior designer, but I've kind of given that up. It doesn't seem right somehow.

And a mansion? Books. And more books. Basically everything BHR said. And lots of stuffed animals. I want plushies everywhere. But I really wouldn't want to live there alone. I'd like to have friends all living together in a big mansion. Nothing romantic. Just us, being silly and insane together.
