HI! Pearl here!

Chatterbox: Down to Earth

HI! Pearl here!

HI! Pearl here!  I've made a few posts here (by a different name), but I figured I'd formally introduce myself! I'm a Catholic, homeschooled health nut. I love Yoga, LOTR, The Mysterious Benedict Society, Pinterest, a good salad, the Swiss Family Robinson, water by the quart, Jesus, documentaries and Ted talks. I have a big family and live on a farm. My favorite color is light tan. My favorite animal is puppies. I like serving the Lord. Hiking, volleyball.. (JK, inside joke)  I would say what I look like but that would totally ruin the Picturing Chatterboxers about me. (Please!)

Hi Pearl! I shall go ahead and make my formal introduction. I am Blonde Heroines Rule. I'm a devout Christian, Merlinian, Barbie Doll executor, Ski Lodge murderer (on T.O.N's ski lodge mystery over in Pudding's Place), mostly insane fangirl of FAR too many fandoms to name, and nutcase extrordinaire! Welcome to the CB! If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask! Have fun!

I've mostly found my way around and I already love it here! I've read quite a few of your posts (because I'm a stalker :D) and I love your way of storytelling and explaining your viewpoints on topics. I particularly love your way of explaining our faith as Christians; it's very subtle and non-offensive but convincing at the same time. My sister (won't say who) has been writing in the fairytale RP (ps write something!) Thanks for always providing a nice welcome to new chatterboxers!

Hey!  I'm Melody, the Disney-obsessed one.  Actually, we have plenty other people on here who like Disney, but it's like my one defining trait.  At fifteen, I'm one of the oldest on here, but I don't think I'm the absolute oldest.  I love to read, write, play clarinet, dance, act, and sing.  I want to build rides for Disney after graduation.  I love Sherlock.

Bonjour, Pearl! I'm True, a bookaholic and a avid writer. I like to read, write, (usually after there, I have to pause and think for a moment.) sing, daydream, go on the computer (particularly on CB) and do a lot of other things. I like to do yoga once in a while, too. I'm a homeschooled seventh grader who loves school (for the most of it.). I'm currently burning up in Texas, it's hot out here, for February. My younger sister, Butterfly, is also on this site. I hope that you like CB and decide to stay! If you need anything, just ask.

Hi Pearl, nice to know you! I'm Everinne I'm already finding we have a few things in common.

I also LOVE Lord of the Rings, and homeschooled!

Besides this, I'm a huge fan of old books and old movies, Tom Hiddleston, indie music (Ellie Goulding and Passenger--not exactly indie, but you get the idea), fantasy stories and Middle Earth in general. I also harbor an abated, but still strong, obsession with all things related to the R.M.S. Titanic (even though I haven't seen the movie). I love writing stories and poems and one of my greatest wishes is to meet Kate DiCamillo some day.

Nice to see you around the CB!

Hello, Pearl! I am Lexi (but I also post as Theo W, hence remaining genderless). Welcome to the CB! I like the Mysterious Benedict Society as well! For school, we had to dress up as a character from a book or movie or whatever, and I went as one of the main four. One person was able to guess who I was, but it was still worth it!

What's your reasoning for remaining genderless? I almost enjoy the mystery, but I think of you as a boy. I just don't understand why you don't just pick an arbitrary, genderless nickname if you'd rather keep your gender a secret. I certainly don't mean to be rude, just curious :)

HI! I am Legion, otherwise known as:

Legion, Leion, Levia, Leviator, Skyler, Scarlett, Legacy, or just Legion I. And sometimes I post different names because I'm too lazy to write it. Whenever I post from different names, I will always use location as Denver, or sometimes SD, so that's how you can tell. Mostly. Most of my names I use start with L...

I'm 13, am a fencer, and I love Rick Riordan books. I also love cookies. And mint ice cream. My favorite animals are dogs, and I also love Ted Talks. Have you seen the one on misdirection? AMAZING.

I just watched the TED talk you suggested, and it was great! My favorite is the man who held his breath for 18 minutes, but there are a few good gems on there. I like to pick hobbies that can also count for school: educational youtube videos,(not that a Ted talk alone would count, I'd have to pick an educational one and write about it) hiking, yoga, reading, cooking, reading articles about health and fitness, etc. Mom sometimes counts my sister's inkwell writing for school. Better get back to my algebra!

I liked that one too! Are you homeschooled? And algebra for seventh grade? I do algebra too!

I have an august birthday, but my parents let me into Kindergarden early anyways. I'm actually in eighth grade, and I need to work on my algebra because I have a High School placement test tonight, and I would love to take Geometry as a freshman. (ps pray that I do well because I hate test envirioments) I took algebra last year as a seventh grader too, but I wasnt ready for it yet. Soo.. I really don't want to take algebra AGAIN!  Yes, I am homeschooled now.

Hi, Pearl!

I actually haven't been on here that long, but I am totally hooked! I'm Katie. I'm a big fan of cats, writing fiction, Percy Jackson, Harry Potter,  and just about every book I read. I'm homeschooled, have one cat, and want to be the next JK Rowling. I am also currently writing a novel (or trying)
