My counselor asks

My counselor asks me things like, "Has the depression been worse over the past week?" and I say no because 1) I don't trust her, and 2) it usually isn't worse. Recently she asked when did I think it started and I said, "Sixth grade," because that's when I noticed it. But it's always been there. I'm just used to it. I don't know how to explain it to her.

You could say the same thing you said to us.

 

Maybe you should get a counselor you can trust, your current one doesn't seem very trustworthy or friendly based on what you said.
