I want to get an account. Not to dissagree with everyone, but I don't think we're too young. (but for Myspace?? Definitely!) Facebook is actually really safe. You can only be friends (meaning you can chat and look at their photos and stuff) with people if both of you agree that you know each other. But I think it's best if you have your parent' permission, because I mean it's not made to be a kid site. My cousin has a myspace but she doesn't use it anymore, because she got a phone call from someone she didn't know who said he was from myspace!! : 0 A few of my friends (and they're Catholic homeschoolers) changed their age, which is probably OK since the only people who will see it are people who know your real life age.

Totally agree about the young thing. But I don't think I'll even do Facebook when I'm older. I really don't see the point of putting all sorts of information about yourself and your personal life on the Internet for the entire world to see. Why do that?

I agree with you completely, Allison. I don't think I'll ever get a Facebook. Although maybe one day when we're all in college, I'll have a Facebook and I'll bump into this Allison P from Florida and we're both going to just get embarrassed.

(February 1, 2009 - 4:33 pm)

Do you??
(February 1, 2009 - 7:40 pm)
No, I don't have one. :(

I thouht you had to be, like, over 13 for that or something. My cousin has one, but she's sixteen or seventeen.
(February 2, 2009 - 9:09 am)
I think it's either 15, 16, or 18... I don't know. I know MySpace is 18. I think. :)
(February 2, 2009 - 12:24 pm)
Yeah you have to be 13. Though some people on here are 15. No I don't have one.
(February 2, 2009 - 1:43 pm)
How'd you get around that, if you're not over 13?
(February 2, 2009 - 6:28 pm)
No. I agree with Paige, we're a bitsy young.
(February 2, 2009 - 12:49 pm)

People can only see your personal info if you approved of the friendship invite. (In other words, if you know them in real life.)
