Hey Everybuggy!!!
Hey Everybuggy!!!
I was wondering what all of you like to do.
I like ballet and pointe. Are any of you ballerinas? I also like to write, draw, and make crafts. I love reading too!

Okay! I'm not a ballerina, too tomboy for that. But I like clogging, celtic or river dance, and piano. I want to learn to play the guitar, and I'm an archer and proud of it! I love archery! I too, like reading (who's your favorite author, what's your favorite book?), drawing, and make my own jewelry! And I'm not talking about bead kits like at walmart. I'm talking about getting a blowtorch, using a jewelers saw, and COMPLETELY making my own pieces! My favorite piece, a 4 leaf clover pendent that took me 3 weeks to make! I also love to daydream! I love being outdoors, hiking and biking! OOH! And doll collecting! American girl, Madam Alexander, pretty much most dolls! Ooh. One more! I love ice skating, though, I've never even set a toe on ice! I love watching the winter Olympics just for the ice skating! Beautiful! Sorry! I know this was long! But anyway, there ya go!
Cappie says czyb!
Figure skating is my favorite spectator sport!

I have a bunch of favorite authors. I like Wendy Mass, Gordon Korman, Carolyn Keene and Shannon Hale. Some of my favorite books are A Summer Secret by Kathleen Fuller, The Princess Academy by Shannon Hale, and The Candymakers by Wendy Mass.
My aunt makes her own jewelry. She let my cousins and me try making some glass beads before. She made me some pretty earrings for Christmas. There are circles with three beads hanging of each one. The beads are clear blue with a thin strip of pink.
I like to collect dolls too! I have the American Girl doll Addy and 4 mini ones too.
I love skating also. Where I live, outdoor activities like snowshoeing, ice skating, skiing, and snowboarding are popular during winter. So, I get to experience a bunch of sports like that.
I noticed on the thread Story Chain! you wrote Cappie say pagw. On this page your saying Cappie says czyb. What do those mean?
Cappie says pagw or czyb must refer to the code/letters a person is required to type before submitting a comment. Different people have diffenent nicknames for it: Cappie, Capcha, Spammy, etc.

Yeah! Another Nancy Drew/Carolyn Keene fan! I love Nancy Drew, well, the old original ones! I don't care for the new ones, though I LOVE the pc games! Though, something sad I found out about Carolyn Keene is she wasn't a real person. The guy who wrote the Hardy Boys wrote Nancy Drew, along with a mixture of othe people. I was so sad to hear this!

Well, they made Nancy Drew so that girls could have a Hardy Boys for themselves. I like the Hardy Boys. The first ones. The Franklin W. Dixons changed around a lot, and the first author stopped after the first 16 or so. I like his ones.

I didn't know that! I like the thought of Carolyn Keene much better!

Nice to meet you too, ~Blue Fairy~! What are your favorite Nancy Drew books? I like the older ones. My favorites are The Clue of the Broken Locket, Mystery at Ski Jump, The Ring Master's Secret, The Clue of the Dancing Puppet, and The Spider Sapphire Mystery. Oh, I forgot one: The Mystery of the Glowing Eye! When I was eight or nine, I read this book at night and got extremely scared! Now, I'm not scared of the book, it's one of my favorites!

Have a list. In approximate (VERY approximate) order.
• Acting/performing on stage. But not, and I must make this very clear, public speaking, which is evil.
• Teching! I'm very fond of being in the light booth and of spot opping, but there's something to be said for stage managing and run crew too.
• Scenic design. Just starting to get interested in this. But I love designing sets.
• Watching plays! Especially musicals! I love musicals! Anyone Can Whistle, Sunday in the Park with George, Wonderland, Company, and Follies are my top five favorites (one of these is not like the other... *cough*)
• Geeking out with other theatre people. I spent five hours on facebook with a Cornell friend of mine ranting about "Ladies Who Lunch" from Company, and specifically why Barbara Walsh IS Joanne (and a bit about why Patti Lupone's Joanne was, uh, cringe-worthy).
• Addendum: Geeking out at non-theatre people who don't understand anything I say is, while not something I enjoy per se, nevertheless something that I do with alarming frequency, primarily because theatre is the thing I most like to talk about. And the glazed looks of muted terror people get sometimes can be kind of amusing, when I notice them.
• Drawing. Primarily of characters of various things that I am a fan of, notably the Discworld, Wonderland, Once Upon a Time, and occasionally Harry Potter.
• Writing. Current projects include two separate original fictions, a Harry Potter AU centered on Tom Riddle, and a Wonderland/Once Upon a Time/Tin Man/Syfy's Alice crossover fic.
• Reading. Though I haven't had time to do this much of late and I haven't read anything new for pleasure in altogether too long. But my friend just reccommended a series that sounds really interesting and I have a whole bunch of Oz books waiting to be read, so that's going to change pretty soon.

Reading. And writing. And reading. And occasional knitting. And reading. And sportish. And reading. And nerdfighting. And reading. And acting. And reading. And playing the viola. And reading. And cooking. and reading. And organizing things. And reading. And singing. And reading. And playing the bass. And reading. And singing. and reading. And swimming ( I think that's a sport. But specifically...) and reading. And Chatterboxing. And did I mention reading? Oh yes. And reading.

Plus a little bit of reading here and there.

Yayyy!!!!!! Another ballerina! I do Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap and Contemperary, but Ballet is my favorite (and Pointe). My studio's production of The Nutcracker was a few weeks ago, my parts were Snow, Spanish and a Flower. What kind of Pointe shoes do you wear?
I also love to read and write. I participated in NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) this year, but I didn't come close to finishing. Part of that I can blame on Nutcracker rehearsals. I have a ton of favorite books, so I won't even try to list them all, but I love Harry Potter.
My mom and I like to craft. We both knit, but the best I've made was a hat. My mom makes little fairy dolls out of pipe cleaners, fake flower skirts and acorn cap hats. She makes them little felt shirts, and embroiders them. They are kind of hard to explain, but they are really cute.Right now we want to try and make little dolls that look like Merlin characters, the same way she makes the fairy dolls. But with different clothes.
Merlin is my other obsession. I mean the BBC TV show. I love love love Merlin. The finale was last week, and I was disappointed in Merlin for the first time. Rhe ending was just blah. The killed over 50% of my favorite characters. I mean seriously, way to disappoint you biggest fan! Just kidding, but I'm not the only one disappointed. Anyway enough with that.
So that's what I like. I also like to ride my bike, and work in our garden, and do other things outside.

I wear Glisse pointe shoes. I'm on my third pair!
(January 6, 2013 - 3:18 pm)
I wear Freed Studios right now. I'm on my fifth pair, I break in shoes fairly quickly. I've also worn Blochs (first pair) and Grishko 2007s (second, third and fourth pairs). How long have you been on pointe? I will have been on for two years in May.
