Dear Everybuggy,

Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

Dear Everybuggy,

Dear Everybuggy,

I am a huge fan of your magazine and I wanted to broach the idea for a change: Is it possible that you coulld have an area in your magazine for young writers to submit their work besides all of your contests? There are not many outlets for young creativity, so could you consider the idea for stories, poetry, and that sort of thing?

I know this isn't really a normal Chatterbox post, but could everybuggy consider this?

Thank you for listening,

Emma

Dear Emma,

I've passed your request on to the editors. However, Cricket League is our main outlet for young writers. In addition to the entries published in the magazine, you can find more from each contest on our Web site.

Readers 14 and up can submit work to our sister magazine Cicada.

Love,

Old Cricket

Thank you for replying, Old Cricket. I can't wait to enter some of your poetry and story contests.

We're looking forward to seeing your work, Emma!
