Ok, um, I'll

Ok, um, I'll make this short and sweet. I was Alexa. 

 See, I made her up because I used to be very paranoid about the Internet and I didn't have much experience with online forums and such, so I went by Alexa. Then a few minutes after posting, my mom told me that it was ok to put my own name. So, instead of just changing Alexa's name to Olive, which I thought everyone would think to be very weird and hard to explain, I just created this thing that Alexa was my best friend and etc. etc. etc. 

 I think I also posted something about me having an older brother, well, I don't. I have a "special" brother who's younger than me by a year, but he's the only sibling I have. And I, as well, posted under the name "Bobfrid" for a BaB post. Well, I knew the topic was controversial so I didn't feel that comfortable with posting under my own name. I'm super super super duper sorry. I hope you guys aren't mad.

 I know it's been over a year since I've been on here, but Guilt just caught me about a month or so ago. I'm honestly really sorry. I didn't know you guys (and Admins) are so awesome and nice. I'm really sorry. I hope you guys don't stay mad.

Don't worry. It's all right. I understand; it's fine. For some reason, I always assumed you were an entirely different Olive... but it doesn't matter. I'm not angry. I mean, I suppose I'd certainly prefer it if you hadn't done it, but it doesn't make much of a difference to me; you weren't trying to upset us. And posting under a different name for something contraversial is perfectly fine; I don't have any problem with that at all. I know it's something a lot of people have done, including me; you didn't actually claim to be a different person, so it doesn't matter. I mean, well, with Alexa you did pretend to be a different person, but that wasn't your original intention, and you didn't make up many false things about you, and you stopped, and you don't seem at all likely to do it again, and you're actually telling us about it, so I'm really not mad at all. :) Thanks for letting us know! I appreciate you telling us; I imagine it might have been difficult...

Yeah, Olive I don't mind,  Actually, when did you post as Alexa, because I don't remember there ever being an Alexa... I'm sorry I don't remember! It'll come back to me, I'm  sure of it.  But until then, I'm just so happy your here, and I don't mind what you did.  Honestly, I was thinking of trying to be someone else, just to... be different.  I would never do it, but I was thinking about it.

Thanks for telling us Olive, that was really honest of you. :) I don't believe that you did anything harmful/mean by pretending to be Alexa, you just wanted to see what CB was like. So, no problem, nobuggy's mad at you. :)

No problem! :) I can understand why you did it, and I'm not angry at all. Actually, I was thinking about asking you why Alexa didn't post anymore. XD I wondered if she was kind of made up.

 

The only times I've ever pretended to be somebody else was for S.I....which gives me a very good idea...see ya later!

I see that I'm bad at wording. Anyways, my name isn't Olive. It's Olivia. And by saying that I'd change my name to Olive instead of Olivia was because I'd never heard of online pseudonyms. I'd heard of usernames, yes. But I hadn't experience with online forums where you don't need a Log In and stuff. So yeah... I hope my thoughts don't sound too jumbled right now. I'm listening to music. That has words. 

 Anyways, you guys are so awesome. And, once again, I'm really happy that no one's mad at me. :)

Oh, and I googled the Olive picture books. I've seen them before, but had a bit of trouble remembering them. They look cute. :)

I don't mind. It actually took me a minute to remember Alexa at all, and I remember almost everyone on the Chatterbox (I've been on since the second day it was open for posting). So it didn't make that big of an impression. 

If it makes you feel any better, Brynne isn't my RL name. Mostly because I posted as Brynne the first few months I was on CB, and didn't feel like changing it. :)

Yes, Ima isn't my real name, or even one that I really like! I chose it 2 years ago, so of course I've changed by now. I plan to change it when school ends, but that won't be for a few months.
