Has anybuggy noticed

Has anybuggy noticed that we hardly ever use the emoticons?  O.o  I know, random, but true.  We usually do :-) instead of Smile.  I wonder why that is...

I've noticed. I don't know about anyone else, but I use handmade smileys instead of emoticons because the former takes less time.

I personally prefer handmade emoticons. The yellow ones always struck me as kind of garish. And making up your own takes more creativity!

I agree, we don't use the emotions very much....I think the handtyped smileys have more personality! :) =) 8) ._. *-* :] '-' ;) ?:) :)

And there are more options with the handmade ones. You can still do the equivalents of all the emoticons, but you can do others, too. Besides, some computers can't even make them and only show the words for the feelings they're supposed to convey. I think Clair's does that...

I didn't mean always. I just think it happened once or twice. You might not have even been using your regular computer those times. I can see it most of the time, and I can see that.

Yeah, I usually use emoticons. Once, however, something weird happened- I clicked on the emoticon, and when I checked back later. "Smile was put, instead of this-Smile Weird.

Inya says onrk. Bonk. Yeah. she's been weird lately.
