it's my CBversary!!
it's my CBversary!! I've been on the CB for three years now, I believe? pretty crazy! thanks to everyone for making such a welcoming and amazing community <3 and especially thank you Admins for putting so much work in every day for us!
in the spirit of laziness I will be doing a q&a (juuust like last year), so ask me anything. unless anyone can think of something interesting I should do instead!

oh good question!
I dislike all kinds of chocolate (gasp) so probably chocolate ice cream. I also don't see the point of mint chocolate chip—just go eat toothpaste, seriously.
as for favorite, I generally like fruit flavours? but not sorbet as I'm partial to waffle cones and they don't go together. I had some pumpkin ice cream today which was delicious as well
but I'll try basically anything. I usually get ice cream with a friend and he tries almost every flavor as I pick the thing that sounds delicoius and avoid the social interaction. living life full of surprises, I guess haha

HEX HAPPY CBVERSARY!!!! *coughs* ahem, uh. Congrats on three years---that's awesome!! Like WildWolf said, I literally can't imagine the CB without you :) thank you for being such a great friend for over a year (!) now, and for being eternally witty, kind, and cool :DD for q&a, uh... viscachas. Would you like to be one? o_O that was my best question. I can probably think of a better one later---oh wait how did you start writing poetry if you remember (your poetry is literally amazing)?

ahh thank you Celine :D I've enjoyed talking to you too! as for viscachas, I had no idea they existed but I've been looking at photos and they might be my spirit animal? I've never seen a creature look so asleep? while being awake? that's so me. (unless they are actually asleep in which case that sounds great too)
and poetry, hm. thanks for the compliment! I have no idea how I started: probably inspired by some amazing writer on the CB (a few I can think of are Jay, peppermint, Artemis, and WordSong). or maybe I felt sad one day and decided to overuse a few depressing adjectives
I haven't written anything in a month or two though...

I believe I joined under the name Jinx, realized there was someone else (only ever saw two posts by them though) by that name, was really embarrassed, and changed it to the best synonym I could find, Hex. I came up with Jinx when listing a bunch of random words I thought would sound cool lol.
I was actually thinking of changing it—it feels slightly outdated? but that seems like a lot of work and I don't have any other ideas so probably not

Also you are such an amazing person and friend and this place would not be the same without you.
Also² I know I should probably let it die but remember CSC? WHAT IF WE REVIVED IT!!! It was so much fun and it seemed like you guys miss it too, so like idk what if we just wrote short stories that all take place in the CSC world and they seem unrelated at first but when you keep reading you realise they all have pieces that connect and OMG ITS ALL ONE BIG STORY! Might be a little bit too ambitious, but what if we wrote one/a chunk of one 'episode' every week (with exceptions for finals/midterms/big projects etc. irl)? Would you be comfortable writing? I promise no one will judge (literally I suck at writing but everyone here is nice about it). It's all about challenging ourselves while having fun. I'm fine with other people joining, too.

so that's totally insanity but I'd be down to revive it! :0 I genuinely miss talking to you guys, and our world was epic. though to be honest I haven't really written anything except essays in a very very long time, with the exception of a few awful poems... but. this actually sounds fun anyway! WE SHOULD DO IT-
I'll go top the thread before we lose all motivation! and even if this doesn't end up working you'd better check the CB at least once in the next few months so I don't worry about you as much :) (like obviously no pressure but still)
