Hello!

Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

Hello!

Hello!

I'm (sorta) new to CB. I'm 11, I'm homeschooled, and I love Ancient Egypt, Musical Theatre, and books (Mostly historical fiction, fantasy and mystery). Does anyone else like Egyptology?

Welcome!, Morgana le Fay! I love your name!! It sounds really familiar... is it the name of a fictional character, maybe? Or maybe I've seen you around before (since you say you're sorta new)? I love Musical Theater too, and find ancient Egypt really interesting (ofc, I find most things interesting). Idk as much about it though, besides what I've read in The Kane Chronicles and similar books haha. What's Egyptology? The study of (ancient?) Egypt?

did you know that (I think) Cleopatra lived closer to when the first iphone was invented than when the pyramids of Egypt were built? At least something like that... fascinating!! :D

Morgana le Fay was a great enchantress in Authurian legend. I doubt you've seen me on CB, although I have made a couple of posts. Egyptology is the areological study of ancient Egypt, and the people who study it are called Egytologists. Another fascinating fact is that women in Egyptian times had more rights than women in Victorian times!
