Appearance: Tall and skinny, 5'7, with short, almost shoulder length coco colored hair. Brown eyes, full lips and a normal sized nose. freckles across cheeks and nose bridge. Long, slender and quick fingers. Ears are small and have slight points. Usually dressed in brown gray tunic, forest green leggings and a brown, long, hooded cloak. bare foot in warm seasons, booted in cold weather. Has a braided leather belt with sheaved hunting knife. Either has a wooden staff, or a bow and quivver full of arrows. Never both. Is very handy with both weapons. I have hawk wings that appear on my back, 4 feet long on each side. I hardly ever use my wings, and they aren't even there until I want them. 

Personality: Kind, firm, clever and fun. can be very open with laugh and smile, or closed off and mysteriously grumpy. Enjoys company of others usually, and hates to be left out or miss something. Loyal and helpful.

How you came to find the CB (completly optional, but it would be interesting to hear how y'all found this!): I get the Cricket mag, and there is always little comments from here in the Letterbox, and I convinced my parents to let me try it out!

How you came to find the CB (completly optional, but it would be interesting to hear how y'all found this!): I was looking through the Cricket website because I was curious, and then stumbled upon the wonderland that is CB. I was kind of overwhelmed at first, honestly, but I started getting the hang of it afterwards.

Personality: infp. i'm calm and collected at most times but i tend to lose my cool after being annoyed for awhile. i struggle with expressing myself online, and my online self is very much more extroverted than i am in real life--unless talking to a fellow introvert.

Age (optional): I am between 12 and 16 years old. I don't want to say any more than that.

Appearance: My CB appearance (based off of one of my characters in a story, not my irl appearance) is in-progress but it is a leaf-green dress with gold-colored (not gold itself) emboridering at the edges, wavy blond hair, and green eyes.

Personality: *sighs* I'm just going to copy and paste what I wrote in the Booklyn Ski Lodge. Gentle, kind, quiet, shy (but I become more talkative as I get to know a person) logical, clever, anxious, optimistic, fidgety, a workaholic (the only way to describe my overcommitment to school, sadly, but I'm trying to get my usual life back, and being on Winter Break helps), jumpy, creative, inquisitive, helpful, and thoughtful.

How long you've been on the CB: I joined March 12 of 2022 under the name of FerventWriter (then I changed my CB name to Lyric) so almost two years...

How you came to find the CB (completly optional, but it would be interesting to hear how y'all found this!): I was looking through the magazine, and I probably thought something like, "Ooh there's a website for young writers", and so I checked it out.

Appearance: I have green eyes with golden flecks. My skin is faintly tanned/pretty fair. I have a small chin and fine eyebrows. My hair is wavy and brown with hardly-noticeable, natural golden/reddish highlights, making it look fiery when the sunlight catches it.

Personality: I might be shy at first, but I love hanging out with people (at least, with a certain kind of person - namely, the CB kind XD). I'm fun-loving, sensitive, and caring, with lots of energy.

How you came to find the CB (completly optional, but it would be interesting to hear how y'all found this!): Oh boy, that's a loooong story... I was trying to find magazines that would publish work by teenagers, and I looked up the Cricket magazine to see if it would do (it wouldn't - it doesn't publish work by teens, sadly :(( ). First I just looked at the Cricket Media website, and read a sample issue. I loved reading the Letterbox and seeing all the different letters, of which some were from the Chatterbox. I remember seeing posts from Jaybells and Darkling - my first introduction to those iconic figures >:) A few days later, I found the cricketmagkids.com website and thus found the Chatterbox! I was instantly fascinated and spent a couple of weeks just ghosting around and figuring out how it all worked. And then, on September 6, 2022, I joined... and became a fledgling CBer... *nostalgia* I'm so grateful I did - it's the coolest thing ever to have found this group of kindred spirits. Y'all are the greatest <3
