None of the above.
Whatever it is, hopefully it describes who you are right now. It should be interesting for our future selves—one year older but definitely not one year wiser (at least in my case)—to see what we've put.

hm, well, my favorite song is Strawberry Fields Forever. My favorite books are A Tree Grows In Brooklyn by Betty Smith and Jacob Have I Loved by Katherine Paterson. My favorite word is... either aquaduct or adequate. they're very similar and I love the way they sound!!
my least favorite song is Tutti Frutti by Pat Boone. don't listen to it. I do not reccomend. Listen to the original by Little Richard instead!!

The song I'm currently listening to on repeat is Getaway Car by Taylor Swift, my favorite color is blue or purple depending on my mood, and my favorite word (off the top of my head) is opalescent. I'm nervous about a speech I have to write for school, and a goal I'm working towards this year is to write more and to write consistently. I love the CB (specifically the people and environment) and I hope that never changes <3

Woah I forgot that I posted on this thread! I remember my Getaway Car phase lmao. My favorate colors are still the same and I still love the word opalescent (I should be using it more in writing). Oh my god, I was sooo nervous about that speech, but I got it done and got a good grade on it! Last year I wrote more and more consistently than ever before, and even wrote an entire Ski Lodge, so I'd say mission accomplished! I still love the CB and hope you all are doing well <33
As for this year (2024 yikes) the song I'm listening to on repeat is Take Me to Church by Hozier or Don't Blame Me by Taylor Swift, favorite color either blue/purple/pink depending on the day, and I can't really think of a favorite word right now. I'm nervous about getting all my hours for internship in on time, and this year my goal is to write at least 100,000 words. This is a great idea! My favorite songs at the moment are Heather by Conan Gray, Her Name by Pamelo, and despair by leo. My favorite color is teal as it has been since I was about six. I'm excited for my first rehearsal for Matilda on Friday and to meet new people at the school I started at yesterday. I'm currently reading the Moon Rising graphic novel and watching His Dark Materials also i'm learning Electric Feel and City of Stars on piano. My favorite thing about the CB is the welcoming community of amazing people <3

this is a cool idea~~
my favorite song is currently Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This) by Dallas String Quartet, because it's dramatic and energetic and I love strings and there's just something about it. i like the original song too, but there's something about pure instrumentals. and my favorite book is Amelia Unabridged. it's beautifully written and it's a really cozy, comforting story, but it's not without its thorns, like all good books. my favorite words are peculiar and crepuscular, which sound similar to each other but mean quite different things. ('odd' of course, and 'of twilight'. i looked up the definition to the latter one because I Like To Be Exact, and discovered matutinal and vespertine as well -- relating to dawn and dusk, respectively -- and those're beautiful too.) I love the CB because everyone is awesome and likes books. my favorite color is midnight-blue, and my favorite animal is either an octopus or a red-winged blackbird. my favorite punctuation marks are semicolons and tildes, and I misuse both. my favorite emoticon, because I greatly prefer them over emojis for reasons I can't explain, is >:D
I'm quite proud of finishing my novel, and I want to revise it this year. I'd also like to learn how to roller skate; right now i'm that scene from Stranger Things where Mike says he feels like Bambi on ice. School is stressful, and it hasn't even started yet. I'm strange, thoughtful, arti.
currently reading Our Dark Duet by V.E. Schwab, but I don't like it as much as This Savage Song. questionabler morals. also I've started Annihilation by Jeff VanderMeer, but as it seems like it's going to be one of those great creepy sci-fi novels, I haven't gotten further than the first couple chapters. and Amelia Unabridged on the side, for the third or fourth time...

Hmm...something I'm proud of is my ski lodge and finding out about CB. I want to work towards writing at least 1-2 poems per week. I'm pretty nervous about high school and college and pretty much everything ahead. Favorite animal is wolf, obviously, my favorite color is lavender purple, my favorite song is Cruel Summer by Taylor Swift or a hymn, my favorite book is Warriors, my favorite word is mystical, my favorite thing about CB is how kind everyone is here and accepting and the writing/poetry. My least favorite color is pickle green, my least favorite word is moist. 3.5 words: thoughtful, creative, bookworm, (not sure how to do .5).

I'm currently working on one animation, two pieces of art and one small comic. I have six unfinished sketchbooks I switch between working in. I started a D&D campaign with my friends, it's not going to well. We're currently in a Goblin town all spererated.
My favorite artical of clothing to wear is a hoodie with red wings on the back, and red horns on the hood.
I find it interesting that the Eifell (?) tower in France, actually grows at least six inches in the summer. Due to the thermal expansion of the iron.

I'm Scuttles. I'm proud of having burned a copy of Fahrenheit 451 in my backyard last night because ~irony~. I love snakes. I have a pair of earrings that look like little faucets. My favorite thing about the CB is the people here, who are all wonderful. I find weather forecasting interesting. I collect words, especially ones that end in "-les" (like Scuttles or Zoodles), but also any interesting words like alfalfa or morose or coincidental. Any word suggestions are appreciated.

NOOOOOO!!!! Fahrenheit 451... today we mourn the deep and profound loss you- wait, you didn't actually burn the book... did you? Bc on one hand, that is... I hate to say it, but it is kinda cool in an ironic sort of way... BUT ON THE OTHER HAND HOW COULD YOU?!?? But don't worry, I won't judge you... too harshly :)

I might have lost... uhh... let's just say a personally signed edition that wasn't mine to keep and I was trusted and betrayed that trust and now I am trying to ignore my impending doom... like the person literally went up to Ray Bradbury and... nope I'm gonna stop talking now I'm so sorry about this... SO sorry... I'm super upset with myself about this... END OF CONVERSATION
A goal I want to work towards: not being so cocky and thinking I'm right on everything and justifying that by saying I know I'm wrong on some things (and in that way I'm right) all the time...
Something I'm nervous/stressed out about: well, Fahrenheit 451, oc. Um also something happening to my squish before I can tell them how I feel about them... something happening to my friends... that I'm being way too honest/truthful on here and already know I'm going to regret this in the future... actually I'm already regretting it now, but still doing it, cuz even though I worry I also feel the need to tell the whole Internet every single thing that's on my mind at every given time and currently that feels so much bigger and truer than my worry...
Something I find interesting: seriously?!?? Everything!! Umm but Ig yesterday I just learned about the Fundamental Attribution Error from HPMoR and it was so interesting today in science when I forgot my laptop and couldn't do my assignment I just wrote an essay on that for pure fun no one knew I was doing that instead... also the teacher asked us to come up with 3 facts about the brain from the internet just because (my teacher's weird like that, sometimes she just starts singing "when you slide into first and you feel a little burst, diarrhea, diarrhea..." apparently it's one of her favorite songs?? Sorta science-related Ig...) and since I had no laptop I just searched my brain and it was... a very interesting experience. I actually came up with some facts I wasn't certain I would who knows if they're true but after some digging around by staring into space and exploring my mind's mental archives I got...
1. A cockroach's brain is in its body
2. An ostrich's brain is smaller than it's eye/donut-shaped??
3. An octopus has brains in all its tentacles and stuff
4. There's a part of your brain called the hippocampus?? Which is like the greek mythology creature.
5. That movie: 50 first dates or whatever (also a knock to your brain can change your whole personality...)
My opinion on something I think is important: SAVE THE VAQUITA!! STOP ASIAN HATE!! BREAK DOWN STEREOTYPES!! TEACH GENDERED READING!! COMIC BOOKS ARE BOOKS TOO!! PRIDE!! INTROVERTS UNITE!! GIRL POWER AND EMPOWERING EVERYONE!! RESPECT THE BUGS!! AND THE BIRDS AND THE SQUIRRELS AND THE- um yeah.
My opinion on something I don't think is important: I had soursop at the Night Market in Tai Wan it was SOO GOOD, plus taiwanese apples or whatever. But anyways. I don't much like: bananas, tomatoes, durian, avocado, Brussel sprouts, broccolini, truffle, ANY SPICY AT ALL, plum powder, pineapple (does not belong on pizza!!), soda, social media (besides this), any bets or dares I simply refuse to do and if ppl say "are you scared?" I reply "yes, I am, and would rather not do this bc that's what I feel comfortable doing sorry" which may seem kinda snooty but it works? And it's the truth, eating octopus (blech pls don't it was good and then I realized it was octopus and tried to eat it more but it tasted horrible I gagged The Soul of an Octopus has forever changed me), when my memories of childhood flee away and I don't even notice, mainstream things, Indiana Jones (the character and the franchise and the movies), boba (I gave it an honest try away from mainstream prejudices and it just blocked the good drink and made me had to chew in order to drink more which was kinda frustrating), tea (sorry I tried it a lot just isn't for me), coffee, Avatar the movie (like Way of the Water and stuff), some parts of Disney (but then who doesn't and oh I've been getting into things-that-matter territory haven't I...)
Favorite animal: great pyr Anatolian Shepherd (Anatolian Pyrenees) mix oc! And bugs (roly-polies and Madagascar hissers are the first that come to mind), the vaquita, and really all animals (but humans oc)
Favorite color: teal since like 2nd grade when I spelled it "tio" XD
