Hi, Sophie! Glad to have you here. We're a bunch of rather enthusiastic and slightly bizarre people. I think you'll like us. :D I hope you stick around, A couple of tips:

1) If you don't want to start a heated debate that will make a lot of people mad at each other, steer clear of subjects like religion, global warming, and the Jonas brothers. 

2) If you can't find a thread, dig through the last few pages of the queue. No one really knows why, but they tend to gravitate there.

3) I, Emily H. of the order of the smily face, post long critiques on just about everything. Don't be intimidated - I usually don't bite that hard. :D

4) If you leave, we will cry. And my life will spiral into depression and insanity. And it will all be your fault. So yeah, don't leave like *coughingwildlywithmanynameslikeLenathrownin* some people.

5) The DtE is going through a craze of secret identity revelation and so on. Ignore it and try to make it go away, and it will eventually like all the others.

6) NaNoWriMo (or just NaNo) is a month-long novel-writing competition that a lot of CBers do. Don't be intimidated by it, either - it will be gone in just a week and a half. 

7) The more you laugh at us, the more you will like the CB. We are mildly crazy, but a lot of us are pretty cool nevertheless. Laugh at things like dancing mangos and don't let them bother you. You'll get used to it, and there are some neat people on here. Don't let them get buried by the dancing mangos. :D
