Im still pretty new to the CB, but I've been plotting some ideas *insert sinister chuckle here* and I need help. Can someone explain to me exactly how a ski lodge works? Past just the basics, like what kind of characters there usually are (PCs and NPCs), and how it's usually run? Sorry if this question is a little ignorant, but if anyone can help, thanks!

It's no problem at all, mate! Everyone is new at some point, and has to start from somewhere, right? 

So basically, the "storymaster"(usually under a pseudonym) begins the ski-lodge and writes the whole story. All the other CBers have to do to join is submit the form that the story master includes in the first post(usually after some hook/introduction). 

Then the murders begin! Sometimes there aren't many characters outside of the CBers, sometimes there are. However, the whole point is that the murder is among the "guests"(in other words, CBers). The storymaster just posts new chapters, and sometimes includes the death count / suspect list or other relevant information at the end.
