Hey, lizards! So CB Lore is an idea I've had for a while now, but I thought I could sort of "pitch" it to y'all. Here it is:
Basically. Your CB persona and AEs have a backstory, whilst you are trying to "find" the CB.
That's kinda the whole idea?? But it's really fun, so I'm not complaining.
Another point is that we can intertwine lore, so if you have a CBFF or something you can have your own personal story.
Idk, this might be too complicated, but I have a few more ideas, so if yall are interested I could share them. I was also thinking about making this into a RP.

Well, there's not really any RP planned... I made this thread as sort of just a place where you can write down little lore ideas and comment on others'... Personally, I'd like to develop the lore before I start RPing it.

Okay! Sorry, I get extremely excited about these kinds of things, and it's a particularly amazing idea. Maybe all the CBers and AEs could come from like, different worlds and have different cultures and things? Or maybe there could be like, a great expedition to find the legendary CB?... just some ideas...

Ooh, now that's got me thinking! Great idea! I'll do some brainstorming first...
And -- just a suggestion, of course -- maybe it could be kinda like the DSMP, where there is Cber, then c!CBer; AE, then c!AE (meaning there's the actual CBer/being/person, and then there's the character version, who might be different for the purposes of the story).
That way, everyone could be who they want to be like in the story, even if that's not entirely how they act normally. (Like, if you want to have a dramatic, tragic backstory, even if it's not necessarily true in the history of you: the person, then go ahead, just make it make sense/fit into the story and your interactions throughout this little experiment; if you want to be a more confident or nice or emotionally stable character, go ahead; etc.).
I'd suggest putting "c!" before your CB name or somewhere in the information boxes, just to avoid confusion when you're acting in character/writing as your character, if we do end up going with this method, by the way. :)

What if there were other threads that were places? Like in Blab About Books someone could run a library, and in Chirp at Cricket, someone could have a nature center, and in Down to Earth someone could have a school cafeteria or something, and in Pudding's Place someone could have an art studio.

Ooh, that's smart! Maybe in each section, there's a specific ecosystem that goes with it? Like, this month might be a desert, for obvious reasons, while due might be a flourishing jungle.

My name is Gallium and my pronouns are she/her. I have a liminal-space-themed bakery open in Blab about Books (or will soon. . .). Even when I was a child living in a suburban town, I wanted to open a bakery.
I love cats, but I'm sadly allergic, so I own a ball python instead. I often bring her to my bakery to hang out on my shoulders while I work! Don't worry, she won't leave my shoulders, she is not venomous, and her mouth is simply to small to eat you.
My myers-briggs personality type is ENTP-A! I really like "debating" (read: arguing and being right (-: ). In my opinion, my best character trait is my weirdness :).
I have silver hair and blue skin, and I like wearing dresses. I'm quite short, but that just means I win in hide-and-seek and get the privelege of other people reaching things for me :).

My name is Hiraeth and my pronouns are he/him. I'm sylvari, which means I'm basically made of plants. I can even photosynthesize!
I'm kind of lazy, I guess, but if I make a promise, I will follow through, and my personality type is ENFP. I really like drawing.
I've got dark green leafy hair, pointed ears, and light green skin. I usually wear clothes made of natural materials.

I'm told that I'm charming but kind of chaotic. My personality type is either ISFP of ENFJ. I like making useful crafts and public speaking. Sometimes I shift into a snake so I can chat with my sister's python.
My favorite emoticon is >:/. It is adorably frustrated. I like using it when I talk about how movie directors always seem to ruin the book.
