Admins, recently, sometim

Admins, recently, sometimes when I create a thread, it's uploaded at first, but then, when I check out Chatter box again, they disappear. :( Can you fix this?

 

Hi Sparkling Rainbow, thanks for the question! Sometimes, posting a first reply to a new thread will send the thread to
the back/last page of the section of Chatterbox. This is a glitch we've
been unable to fix. Then posting a second reply will bring the thread
back to the top. (Hence all the comments
that just say Top.) Another way is to do a search. In the search window
type: site:cricketmagkids.com "text"

Be sure to leave one space after com. Then instead of "text," type a few exact words that were in the lost thread.

back to the Chirp at Cricket

You can also click twice on "Submitted By" at the top of the thread columns. Your thread should be there. Then you can post under the name "Top" to bring it back to the front. Hope this helps!
