No offense, but that was slightly random, too...  Why need to take away? Yes, they do take up space, but come on, they throw a little bit of senseless humor into the world. More specifically, have you ever seen the SSSS (Stupid Senseless Smiley Story, for the uninitiated) threads, or the various HPB threads (Hot Pink Bunny, for the still more uninitiated). Or, for that matter, the monthly random thread?

I mean, currently, under the most recent comment bar, you can see (I kid you not): World of Piecraft, Part 3, "Bunny Apocalypse" Editing Thread, A Year of Random Celebrations, Harry Potter, Again, Muse Academy Holiday Party 2008 - Planning Thread, and a "Five Muses for Sale on Ebay" announcement.
