I'm proud to say that this is my first post in the chatterbox! I love all the magazines Cricket has made and I think making little magazines with miniature stories in them is brilliant! I love writing stories and reading them, myself, and I'm glad I get to share my passions with other people! I'm very exited to get started and meet people with the same interests as I do and read more of these magazines! :D  I hope you all have a wonderful day and I'll post something again, soon!

Hey, Lily! I love those hearts around your name! I'm Periwinkle, but you can call me Peri if you'd like. I love writing and reading too. If you want, I can give you some book reccomendations, and you can give me some too! Would that be fun for you? 

Anyways! I'll explain some things that might be helpful to know along the way. Reading the ultimate guide would be good too! I can't put a link for that, but usually someone does, so if you need it just ask. Here's some basic explanations below:
AE: Stands for alter-ego. Basically it's a character that you create to represent a certain part of your personality, such as your silly side or your nervous side. AEs talk in different fonts to help you know when it's the CBer talking and when it's the CBer talking for their AE, like this: Hey guys! *hi* @What's Up?@ 
CAPTCHA: That little box of random letters you have to fill out when you make a post to prove you are worthy! (I mean human, but worthy's way more exciting, don't you think?) People pretend they are like pets and usually give them an animal that they are and a name. Mine's named Wanderer, and she's an owl. 
Picturings: When you create a form for other CBers to fill out giving a basic description of their appearance (both imaginary and not- I've given myself periwinkle colored hair before!) and then you draw them.
Written Picturings: You still give CBers a form to fill out, but instead of drawing them, you write a story about them. You can see examples of Picturings and Written Picturings in Pudding's Place.
