it's been a while!
heyyyy everyone... it's been a few years since i saw you guys! i can't remember the last time i even visited the cb.. probably the seventh grade? either way, i was most active on here when i was in 5th or 6th grade, which was around 2016-17. a lot has changed since then, haha.
i changed my username a lot, but you may know me as pastella, primrose, or some other name i've forgotten about. now i just go by char, since it's just a shortened version of my real name.
anyways, i just wanted to say thank you to the admins and the community on the cb for being so awesome. i really felt like i belonged here thanks to the friendliness of everyone. hey, i might even stick around for a while again.
i had a lot going on in real life back in the 5th grade but the cb was like a place to get away from it all and just have fun. so thank you for providing that for me. as a freshman in high school, things still get rough sometimes, especially now that my mother is no longer here to help me (rest in peace). but i know that i can count on you guys to lift my spirits when i'm down.
so what did i miss? be sure to tell me hi, whether you're an old member of the cb or a newcomer, i'd love to meet you or remeet you, haha.

Hi char !! I'm Zealatom! To be truthful, I haven't been on the cb for more than a month, but ever since I have joined, I have been reading old threads on the cb.( You could say its becoming one of my hobbies.) pastella, you say? I guess i'll look out for your name! Are you just popping in to say hi, or are you going to be more active?

Hi there char! I'm Silver, it's nice to meet you :) I'm glad that you came back to say hi, I always love it when old CBers stop by. Also, I'm going to be a freshman next year, do you have any tips/tricks to help manage the work and stuff? I'm terribly sorry about your mother, if you need to talk to anyone we're all here for you. As for what you've missed on the CB, I don't know if you're into ski lodges or not, but there's been some good ones since '17, and in case you wanted to read some I can link them. Anywayyy nice meeting you and I hope to see you around sometime <333

hi silver! one of my tips would be to not get in the habit of procrastinating, because once you start putting off assignments, it's really hard to break the habit (i know this from experience). thank you for the condolences, i appreciate it. nice meeting you too!

Anyway, like I said, I'm pangolin. I'm genderfluid, so they/them or she/her pronouns would do. I have a bunch of AEs who I don't really feel like introducing right now.

hello, char! I'm Luminescence, Lumi for short because Luminescence is way too time consuming to type out, and also... everyone here calls me Lumi, to the point where I think of myself as Lumi and once signed an email as Lumi which was a little bit awkward.
I have been on the CB for one year exactly right now, give or take a few hours/minutes. I'm so sorry about your mother, and we're here for you if you need it <3 *hugs*
It's so cool to meet you! A little about me: I'm 12.5 years old almost exactly, and I use she/her pronouns. I have one younger brother and I love writing stories and poetry. I'm in sixth grade, currently, and I should be eating lunch right now. I have two AEs, Blaze and Mid (which is short for Midnight because I was 11 years old and very very cringey), and two CAPTCHAs, Kiwi, and Ibi, short for Ibix, who used to belong to th3mysticw0lf, who usually goes by Elle. Kiwi and Ibi are both sugar gliders, which are adorable and you cannot convince me otherwise. I love guinea pigs and horses and flowers and google docs is my happy place. (Not really, but sort of). I'm obsessed with Cavetown, but I also love Phoebe Bridgers, Sara Bareilles, Regina Spektor, Andra Day, dodie, and Train. I listen to music almost 24/7, which makes it unreasonably hard to practice playing the piano, because it's unreasonably hard to play minuets when Cavetown is singing "Juliet" in your head and refuses to stop. I also love drawing on every available blank sheet of paper I can get my hands on, and my pencils are usually dull because I procrastinate sharpening them.

hi lumi! thank you for the condolences. and i love train too, isn't that cool? my favorite songs by train are hey soul sister, drive by, and 50 ways to say goodbye (i practically grew up with these songs). however, i also like a lot of other 2000's-early 2010's songs, especially ones in the r&b/hip-hop genre. i have two younger brothers and one younger sister. it's nice to meet you too!
