I sniffle, when I hear someone come in.

”Nite? Are you okay

I look up, my eyes are probably red and swollen, but I open the door anyways, and take a deep breath.

”Hi, Peri.” I try to smile and wave a little.

”Hey Nite. How are you? Are you okay? I’m so sorry about your dress, and I know clover is too. She sent xak home in a taxi.” 

”I-I will be. I wonder if Win has any extra outfits I could use?”

We walk out of the bathroom together, looking for Win and striking conversation. 

"Don't worry," I say. "I'm sure Win will let you borrow a dress. And if she doesn't have one or something, I suppose I could make some flowers on your dress to cover the stain, if you want." I smile at her. "And, if you want, you can join me and clover out in the garden. It'll be quieter there."

I inhale slowly, which isn't always that easy when you're munching on watermelon. I finish the watermelon, toss the rind in a large trash can just outside the room, I look around, but everyone seems to be talking with somebody or another.  I look over and I see that my cookies are going down fast. 

Instead of talking with somebody, I walk out quietly to a large garden, The sun just set, and solar archway lights have turned on.  I smile. Agent Winter did a great job with this ball. I start quietly singing a song to myself, making sure to smell every type of flower.

This wasn't so bad.

I race in as gracefully as I can, hoping no one will notice how late I am, because I really don't need to explain the incident with Gemma. I'm still a bit on edge, not fully trusting Scarlett and Alyssa with the job I gave them, and I hope this party will distract me. I look around the see of faces, searching for someone familiar that I can make conversation with. I spot Honeybee by the food table and get myself a slice of apple pie before joining her. "Hi," I say.

"Ok, jewels, check. Dress, check. Tiara, check. Extra-special shoes, check. Ok, I'm ready to go!" I said, as I went into the ball room.

I saw somebody teleportin' around, and I decided to talk to them.

"Hey." I said.

"Oddyo! I mean--" The person-- I think it's dreamiing-- says.

"Hey, are you part Enderman? I'm not that fluent in Enderman, but you just said 'hey', correct?" I said.

"Yeah. Hey, how did you know I was part Enderman? Aside from my talking, of course." dreamiing says.

"Are you kiddin'?! I LOVE Endermen! They're awesome! Plus, I saw you teleportin' around." I said.

dreamiing walked away, and I saw Agent Winter. I walked over to her, and started talkin'.

"Happy, happy, happy Cbversary, Agent Winter!" I said.

I'm standing around eating a slice of chocolate cake when Twilight comes up to me with a piece of apple pie. "Hi."

I smile. "Twi! I feel like I haven't seen you in forever!"

"Same!" She finishes her apple pie and puts down the plate. "How are you?"

"Eh," I say, shrugging. "Could be better, could be worse. You?"

Appearance: Reddish hair that's medium length, brownish-greenish eyes, and I'll be wearing a floral dress that's flowy and... I can't think of anything else to say about it XD

Will you be bringing food or drinks? If so, what are you bringing?: I'll bring marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers for s'mores.

Other: Nope!  

As I sip my milkshake, I spot Jade and Lumi walking my way. I smile at them as they draw near.

"Hey Quill!" Jade says. "I love your dress! Are the milkshakes any good?"

"Hey y'all! Aw, thanks! I love yours!" They both look great--Lumi in bright blue, Jade in light green. "The milkshakes are pretty good. How have you been?"

We chat for a while, talking about life and how great the party is. After a few minutes, Jade suggests that we check out the gardens. Lumi and I both agree, and together we make our way outside.

The gardens are beautiful, full of brightly colored flowers. I stop to admire some hyacinths while Jade runs to and fro.

Lumi giggles, then tilts her head. "Hey, do you hear that?"

I nod. I'd just caught the soft voice singing from somewhere. I follow Jade around a corner and see Alex singing while she smells some flowers.

Jade claps, and Alex jumps. "Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you!"

She gives a small smile. "Oh, it's fine."

"Your voice is beautiful!" I say. "Are you enjoying the party?"

CBers converse around me as I pick up another cookie to eat. Some of them head out to the garden, while others remain in the ballroom. The cookie I'm eating is delicious, and I finish it quickly.

With my sketchbook clutched in my hands, I walk between the groups of people to a quiet corner of the ballroom, my feet tapping softly against the floor. Sitting down, I open the book and start sketching. So far, I'm enjoying myself, even though I haven't spoken to anyone yet. 

Lumi waves back at me, but is then whisked away by Jade. I sigh softly before grabbing a piece of watermelon off a pretty flowered tray along with a napkin. For a second, I study the busy ballroom, noticing, for the first time, a small door leading to a garden. I know that I should attempt to go out and socialize, but the gust of cool wind that comes from the garden makes up my mind. I fill a mug with hot chocolate and slip outside. The garden has rows and rows of flowers, trees, and other plants. I smile and walk down a cobblestone path before climbing a sturdy looking tree. From here, I can see the whole garden. There's a couple CBers meandering through the maze of plants, but not too many. I take a sip of my hot chocolate, which is the perfect temperature. I lean back against a branch, quietly humming to myself. 

A CBer walks over to me. I vaguely recognise her... "Hi! You're the Sage Wolf, right? Can I call you Sage? Or Wolf? I'm MoonKitten, but you can call me Moon if you want."
