Hi! I wanted to make a new photogrphy contest, because there was an old one but it got buried in the CB. I'd normally attach a link but I'm using a tablet so I can't right now.
The photo must be your own, and there can't be any people in it (unless their faces are blurred)
The theme is sunlight, and judging will be on the 25th

I couldn't figure out how to get my photograph onto my iPad so I just took a picture of it. This photo is from Zion in Utah.

Why did my photo turn out sideways? I didn't take it sideways. Is there a way to make it straight? Thanks :)
That happens sometimes. I don't know why and I don't know how to fix it. Maybe another Chatterboxer can give you advice about turning it the right way. Try again? I'm sorry I can't be of any real help on this.

Maybe try cropping the photo a bit and trying again? I'm not entirely sure, though.

I have a canon camera too and I know how to get the pic onto your ipad!
Mine is a canon powershot SX530, if this helps.
Here are the steps:
Download the canon connect app on your ipad
Click the wifi button on your camera
You should get something on your ipad in wifi settings where you have to change to the canon wifi, it should say some number, and I think you might have to name your camera (once you select the ipad in the options on the camera)
You can select images to add to your ipad and it should work! (make sure you change back to normal wifi, I think you only have to do that for the 1st time you send, it takes a long time to load the pics at first but it gets faster)
Sorry, I know this was very jumbled, I'm just trying to remember how I did it the 1st time.

I said judging was today, so here are the places! Everyone did a great job, and they were fantastic pics.
In 3rd place...
Sabine!-I love how the tree looks like against the sky, it's really beautiful. So is the reflection!
In 2nd place...
Fallen leaf!- I love the water and the waves, and the staircase just adds a cool beachy feel.
In 1st place...
Clover!- The photo is absolutely georgous, may I ask where it was taken? Ilove the cliffs, I live in the suburbs so I don't see places like that much!
Great job everyone, the pics all fit the theme really well!
