Hello! I'm sure
Hello! I'm sure everyone has seen the plethora of posts about the drama and whatnot. Here are a few things to keep in mind--
1.) This is not a war. It is not even close to being a war. There is no reason to stress this much over something. What's going on is a fairly minor disagreement. The drama is not super serious, please do not panic.
2.) The issue has been primarily resolved. There isn't really a reason to keep making all these "peacemaking" threads. The issue involving anonymous posters has pretty much been solved, I think everyone agrees with the following statements on anonymous posting (I have seen several people all say these things, and even more people agree with them.)
A.) Anoynmous posting is okay when used properly. For example, it is okay to post anonymously for a ski lodge, a special rp, or a solo write, or an SI. It is also okay when discussing personal info--for example, confessing on a confession thread or stating something involving the area you live in.
B.) When posting an opinion, if you would feel uncomfortable posting it under your CB username, don't post it.
C.) If you feel the need to start a post with something like, "in the friendliest way", "with all due respect", "no offense", or "not to be rude", you probably are being rude/insensitive/disrespectful/offensive, so don't post it.
D.) You shouldn't use anonymous posting unless you truly feel that's what is best for the post. If you're just posting something anonymously because you're criticising something and don't want to argue about it, just don't post it. For example, with the whole not posting on the last day of Hanukkah thing--if you disagreed with the idea, then you could have just...posted on the last day of Hanukkah. There was NO REASON to say anything about it.
3.) Remember to be respectful. This entire issue was started by someone targeting a user's posts with an anonymous name, making genuinely rude and insensitive comments. It's not that hard to just not post something.
Thank you for reading this.

This is all very true, and I agree.
