One person says a word and then the person who sees it says the first word that comes to their mind when they hear it, then the person who sees that says what word comes to their mind when they hear that word. (I hope that makes sense)

Actually, you just look at the word that the person before you commented, and you comment one word that popped into your head when you heard that person's word. No need to comment two words.
