@ Brynne: Yes it's Tonks! Is yours Hagrid? Ron and Hagrid seem to say "blimey" a lot. Don't they?

Yeah, they do. :) No, actually, this is one of the extremely few times I recall this character saying blimey. It is a him, as a clue. :)

It is...(drumroll)...Harry!
In the seventh book, Lupin runs into Shell Cottage to announce that Tonks has had her baby, then looks at Harry and says:
"You'll be godfather?"
And Harry says:
"I--yeah--blimey--"
And for some reason that quote really got stuck with me. Sorry it was so hard! :)
