Chatterboxers, what is

Chatterboxers, what is top and why is everyone saying it? I am not critisizing, I am just completely confused.

For some unknown reason that we can't fix, submitting a first reply comment on a new thread sometimes sends a thread to a back page of Chatterbox. Then a second reply will usually bring it back to a front page. When people say "top," they are trying to move a thread from the back to the front or top.

If you go to Down to Earth, there is a thread that Strawberri made that starts "who is top?" I think you can find some good explanations on there. But the admin pretty much summed it up.
