I'm sorry but I don't think that that was a direct attack on Christianity. Someone said that they didn't like the religion or the music it encompasses. Aren't you in turn attacking their beliefs? If someone said that they were any religion really and they didn't agree with atheists or agnostics, would you still be demanding that the adminsj7 refuse to allow that post to go through? I think that if this person had been more derogatory or aggressive then it would deserve such a response but as it was a simple statement of their beliefs maybe we shouldn't start talking about how the Chatterbox is on a downward spiral.

No, I'm not attacking their beliefs. I think that they can be themselves, just as long as they don't encroach on other people and their beliefs.
And about your point on not agreeing. I, as a Christian, don't agree with Athiests or agnostics or Muslims or what-have-you, but they are still people. I won't say I don't like their religion, because their religion is their own. It has nothing to do with me. I am wholly willing to coexist with people of every sort. However. Should they speak out against my religion, the thing that, in my eyes, is a core part of me, I will not hesitate to push back, even if it takes its form in a verbal debate. It's like war. We don't have to fight, and most of us don't want to, but we will defend our own terriotory. If everyone was fine in their own space, that'd be great! And some, like tourists, could be welcomed into the communities if they wish to peacefully see what's going on. But if they try to disband us, persecute us, or harm us, EVEN ON A MINOR SCALE, they will be opposed.
The analogy is a bit too strong, but it's the closest thing I could come up with. :/

I'm a Christian too and I believe that while I dont say anything in contrary of the person that said that, then this person musn't say anything of my religion either . Other people must not judge others beliefs . even tho I prefer not saying anything cause im new here and I like making new friends .
@Rogue, the thing is I was not attacking your beliefs, or speaking out against your religion, I was simply expressing my opinion. I, as someone who is not religious, do not agree with religious peoples on religion. Therefore I personally don't like their religion, that is my opinion. But I will fully support and care for them and respect that they are different. I am NOT attacking anyone with that, or being mean, I am simply expressing my opinion, just as you were expressing your opinion in the previous comment. I am allowed to express my opinion, and you are too! I'm not attacking anyone and honestly I feel attacked right now!
Ah. I misjudged the situation. When I read 'don't like,' I thought you meant that you disapproved of it. However, I have come to the conclusion that you do not want it for yourself. Am I correct? Thank you for clearing this up and I am sorry you were offended.

Thank you. I don't personally agree with Christianity but I know people do and enjoy the genre of music and I support that. I'm sorry to have started that "fight". I didn't mean to offend anyone but I realize that I might have. Thank you, Rogue, for standing up for yourself kindly and being very empathetic. I shouldn't have posted that comment and I'm very sorry.
oh. my comment got deleted. I was the one who said "most Christian music isn't good cept for toby and forking&country." I am a Christian, definitely, but I don't really like most Christian music I hear. Hope that didn't offend anyone. I was talking about the quality of it, you know, not the content or whatever.

But I suggest that instead of arguing about it, (since the person apologized), we forgive them and just continue to have fun with this thread.
