What a great idea! I'll do level three.
1. Phenist (I was mad when I first read that story, because the first issue of Cricket I ever got had the last episode of that story in it.)
2. Trina Schart Hyman.
3. Shapers have the ability to take a piece of something belonging to a person who has died, and make a painting that can be entered twice (but no more) for someone to speak and spend time with the dead person.
4. Anita would rather be a circus vet than a trapeze artist.
5. Well, don't kill me, but I don't usually read the comics...Sorry!
6. They exchanged bandannas with the old man who lived there, ate stew, and later when the people came back to see what the girls were talking about, the fireplace stones were hot.
7. Fighting in Iraq
8. They confine fighting to certain days a week (and are eventually down to one, right?).
