Ok, so basically Chatterboxers can post, with the words “I apply for (Area)”
That means that that person is applying for a certain area. The areas are
• Art
•Poetry
•Writing
•Photography
When you apply, please give a example of your work in that area, then, I will look over that, and set you as a mentor, or somebody too be mentored, and give you a partner who also applied with the other role.
The reason people can not a apply for a certain role, is that many incredible people think badly of their work.
Anyway, I hope too get some applicants.
I'm not in favor of anyone on Chatterbox judging and sorting people this way. I suggest you just partner two people who apply to the same area but NOT deem one of the the mentor. That way they can just work together and help each other. OR, since comments posted are there for all to read, anyone could comment on posted works, as they already do on many Chatterbox threads.

I’d like to be with Leafpool for poetry, and Tux for art (that is, if we’re allowed to be in multiple areas. If not then I’ll just stick with poetry I suppose)!

Here's a sample of my writing:

I stare at the blank easel, paintbrush in hand. There's so many things I could paint, how can I choose? I imagine a dragon, sitting on a stone, watching as fire around it cleans the day's dust off its scales. Or maybe a forest, wolves slinking with eyes glowing. I decide on the dragon. Picking up my favorite brush, a thin one with a simple wooden handle, I hover over the cups of paint before me. The blue reminds me of the sea. No good for a fiery scene, but I laugh to myself as I manifest my vivid imagination into a little person, floating on a big floating doughnut, adjusting their sunglasses as they read a magazine. Lapis wave-surges rock the doughnut back and forth. I fix my gaze on the red. It would fit, but if I use it for the dragon then the beast would blend too well into the fire, and it would look more like a phoenix. Hm. A phoenix. The red paint begins to glow. It looks like lava. he glare of heat comes together, forming a giant bird. The phoenix dives under the lava once more, swimming under chunks of congealing rock. I smile and turn to the green, hoping to find another scene. My wish is granted. Grass ripples in invisible wind, and an emerald-green dragon peeps up from the waving foliage. Perfect, a dragon! I go to dip my paint in the green, but just before my brush and paint touch, I stop. I've just gotten an even greater idea. Going quickly over to the grey, I dip my brush and start painting. Soon, three paint cups are beginning to shape up...
