Hey, guys. Just, er, stopping in. Needed a safe place to talk to myself. I missed y'all.
Not much important has happened since I left, except, uh, I started school, of course. And, oh, it's awful. Yesterday my teacher blew up at me. Twice. So today I'm not at school. I had a sorta breakdown last night. Fought with parents, quit my iPod and Quora. Probably temporarily. Most things I do are temporary.
Right. So, school is waaay long. Three days a week it's from 7:40 AM to 8:15 PM. On those days I actually only come to school starting at 9:00. I have permission to come for 7:40 prayers only twice a week. Joy.
I'm on a library computer. I'm pretty sure the kid next to me is from my school, too. Hope he's not reading this. Meh.
Anyway, I've figured some stuff out about myself as well. I suppose that's important as well. More important than school.
My computer time is running out. What's been happening here since I'm gone? Who's new? Hi, new people. What is that impersonation post about? Anything else interesting happen?

First, COYOTEDOMINO YOU'RE BACK!!!!!! *tackle hugs* Second, wow. That sounds tough. Let me know if you need moral support or anything. There are a lot of new CBers, and yes, the impersonation wars have started up again. I would recommend avoiding that for the most part. There's an interesting scavenger hunt thing going on on DtE, by Wrapped in Shadow (who also has been impersonated). I would join that if I were you, it's fun! And, like, (not in a creepy way haha sorry) where do you live that school hours are so long? I think Coroline is new-- has she already said hello? Oh, yeah, it's just school. Not anything extra that I opted for. And I live in Brooklyn, NY, but that's not why it's so long... I'm in a Jewish private school. *sighs*
I'm not officially doing Inktober, but I've probably drawn something with ink nearly every day regardless.
Uh, night when you posted that but day by now, two days later. Good day/night/perpetual twighlight to you as well!

Hi, coyotedomino! I haven't seen you in a while. I'm sorry you're going through all that stuff. But the school year's only just started so it will probably go up from here. A lot of times teachers feel like they need to assert themselves in the classroom when the year begins so that they don't have to battle the students for 'dominance' later on. Could your teacher blowing up be that? (For example, my 20th-century history teacher shouted "The mummies are dead!" while teaching on the first day of school. Nobody has tried to cross him since.)
Isn't a thirteen-hour school day somewhat illegal? I thought school days couldn't be longer that eight hours or so. I don't have anywhere to site this information, however, so this is probably wrong. But thirteen hours seems kind of excessive. When are you supposed to do homework? When are you supposed to sleep?
I hope whatever you've figured out about yourself are good things. We're here if you want to talk about them. Also, do you have a Young Writer's Program account? (YWP)
Anyway, it's really good to see you again and I hope all these things start getting better.

Hey, Cockleburr! I don't think it was because he was trying to intimidate me... I wish it was. I certainly hope my year gets better, but honestly, I'm planning to leave this school as soon as I can. I want to homeschool, but I don't know how much my parents accept that option...
I don't think it's illegal, though it undoubtedly should be. I mean, there's limits on how much kids can work. It's only logical there should be laws about school hours. Thankfully we don't have much real homework. Only in math (I don't do math homework. My math teacher hates me. I only passed math last year because we agreed that if I do well on the Regents they'll pass me. I got an 86. Geometry.) and sometimes in Hebrew (the language, not, like, Judaic studies. Thankfully again.) that I also don't do... We occasionally have history homework, but our teacher gives us time to do it in school usually, so not really homework.

The impersonation post was about an impersonator. They came forward and apologized, so that's good and done.
What else has been happening, ehh... My life has mostly been overcrowded with things to do (mostly art, writing and school, not unusual tbh). Halloween is coming up, of course. It rained today. I was outside right when it started (standing under something, thankfully), and the light was so fascinating. You could tell it was weird, but exactly how eludes me. Wait, I just noticed I'm talking about the weather. And I mentioned tea and cookies earlier, and I've just started an Agatha Christie novel--help, I'm turning into an old English lady! *dives headlong into a pile of Internet*

Ya, weather here is interesting as well. Lots of wind right now. I actually find it quite pretty and refreshing, though it makes skateboarding a pain.
