Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

@Admins, I need help. I have noticed when I have copy-pasted other sections of my writing onto the CB that for some reason, when I click on the preveiw button, the formatting is all jumbled and like this:

have such

a long part to copy down and I don't want to have to type 

it all

over again and again and again and again.

I copy-pasted my first installment of my Ski Lodge, and the same formatting happened to that. I copy-pasted it onto my e-mail, then e-mailed myself the installment, then copy-pasted THAT onto the CB. The formatting was fine! Completely normal!

So why, when I copy-paste my second installment of Ski Lodge onto my e-mail, I e-mail it to myself, then copy-paste THAT onto the CB, the formatting is just as jumbled and unreadable as it was before my succeseful first installment's formatting? Do you know of any computer-programming-skill-type-thing that will stop this? Then again, maybe it's just the fact that my laptop is old?

All I know about formatting is this: I work on an old iMac. To avoid formatting problems, I copy from whatever program a document may have been typed in and paste it into a new TextEdit document. Then at the top under "Format" I selected Make Plain Text from the pulldown menu. Then that plain text document can be copied and pasted into a Chatterbox comment without odd formatting. I know nothing about doing this on a PC. So I hope you have a Mac!
