Is it possible for Cricket to make a post search engine for the CB? I notice many CBers writing to ask how they can find a certain post, and I've lost a post myself. I tried the "site:" searching, and it hasn't worked for me, so I was simply wondering if there was a possibility of a search engine.
Just an Idea.
It's been suggested before, and we know it would be very helpful—for us, too. But we're a small staff and it's unlikely. I'm sorry. But I will pass your request on to the webmaster.

Here's a tip:
When a post just disappears this is likely what happened. Because of a glitch in the system, the first comment on every thread is automatically lost for at least a week or so. A way to get it back is by pressing the "submitted by" button at the top of the page and it will automatically sort all the posts from oldest to newest. Just go to the back page and you will find your post with 1 reply. Adding another comment will probably send it straight back to the top.

I just clicked the "submitted by" button on the Inkwell and skimmed through 20 back pages and didn't find it. Oh well:(
