My first post was not actually an intro thread, but it was a comment on the CB Name Explanations Thread, and it went something like this:

"Before I even started wrtiting, I was fascinated with Pen names. (Or pseudonyms) (however you spell it. My second favorite author was Lemony Snicket, and I always wondered how he came up with the name.

The G. on the end of my name stands for Greene. I took my two favorite colors, violet and green, changed the spelling around a little and there you have it. Vyolette Greene was born."

Though of course, this was before I cut the G. off my name and all, but yeah. My second post was on the Ultimate CB Book Log, and then I made an intro thread. Which I'm sure you all remember, since it was only two months ago. Lots of fangirling involved, and sarcastic humor (or at least I thought so).

@Autumn Artist- Your name used to be KATNISSLOVER? I don't blame you, Katniss is awesome!

Here's mine! It was an RP form on S.E.'s dragon RP... which never started. :( The post is on page 75 of Inkwell! Also, I used to use the name Amber, so it's under that. 

"Name: Night Blade

Age: 13

Gender: Female

Type: Night Dragon

Preferred Weapon: Dark Magyks or claws

Appearance: She's a medium-sized dragon, but not be to be underestimated. She was born under the moon, which is where she repas the strength of her magyks, but she isn't used to functioning as well in the day. Her wings are a glossy shade of indigo, and she has scales that are a shiny black. Her eyes are a deep amber, and she is roughly nine feet tall and about fourteen feet long from nose to tail-tip. The end of her tail has a blade on the end. 

Personality: She is cunning and wily, and can sweet-talk a child out of candy. However, she has a strong heart and will always fight for what she believes in. Unfortunately, this almost always ends up being seen as 'stubborn' or 'ignorant'.

Backstory: Night Blade is like a leaf in the wind. She is good at convincing people to trust her, but sometimes doesn't come through. She committed some... 'errors' in the past,and because of that is sometimes seen as untrustworthy. Not many people or dragons have seen her since a couple years ago, but recently she has been making a return....

Nope, not at all. My origins are a little messy. Do I count the time when, many years ago, I wandered on here to say something about the Fable Thatcher story? I have no idea when or where that was. I never made an introduction thread for myself, and I don't remember much about my more recent first posts. I think they were sometime around late spring, early summer... I came on to join the YWP classroom. I lurked around for a while, and eventually made Nymph's intro thread. And now I'm here.

Ooh boy. My first post. I was... ten? It was for the crowd sorcery thing that had been going on at the time. Crowd Sorcery is sorta when an author is picked to write a story, but a crowd designs everything else: protagonists, antagonists, world building stuff, etc.  I had been making a sidekick for the story.

So, here it is. It's a pretty long first post, heh:

1. Thero Backens

2. A boy, with darkish hair and a sly smile. Thero also has his trusty leather bag and cape.

3. He is an outcast from the land of goolia (yes, weird name). They kicked him out because of his crazy abilites and his frozen heart. Thero met Fable on a cold winter day, which I think is enough info.

4. He steals and trades his goods to others for a high price. (Weird for a funny and positive guy, but Thero does have a frozen heart.)

5. He doesn't really know what he thinks for Fable. He sometimes goes into a love mode, sometimes in rage mode, and sometimes in just plan sorrow mode. Thero's frozen heart has much to do with it.

6. He can turn into the shadows, hiding when he needs to. Good when he is stealing. He can't do anything else besides that, but is good with jokes.

7. I have been talking about his frozen heart. This is so important that I didn't even write it in number 2. Thero really only joined Fable because she wants her fame. He may change and may not. You never know with Thero.

8. A REAL good hider. Like I said, he can turn into the shadows and hide pretty well. He can go through any bar and chain. Thero can also help with people getting out of their bars and chains, as he can "magically grab the keys and unlock the bars and chains". AKA turning into the shadows and stealing the keys.

9. A good heart. And fame. He doesn't know he wants a good heart, though.

10. The shadows seem to move as he runs in the ally. As people walk on they don't notice that some of their change is missing, or that their most-amazing-thing-ever-that-noone-can-touch is gone as well. This is all the work of Thero Backens, and positive and stealing boy who only has his bag of goods, his dark shadows, and jet black cape as companions. Now, you would never know that is childish boy was soon going to befriend a strange writing girl, and defeat the evil villian. I will not get much more into details, as you will read all of it later on. 

And that's the end of that. Man I was pretty narcissistic. Thought I was so cool with my cool character. Ended up using him again. 

Mine is... interesting. I was a werido in 2015. (6th grade, weeeeird!)

My poem wasn't very good, and the best I've ever gotten on that thread is 4th, but yeah. My first thread was an Earth Day thread that was really awkward and got like 5 responses. The first Solo Write I created was the Magic Camp solo write, which died twice. The first RP I created was the Futuristic RP, which didn't even start. And the first Ski Lodge I created was the Time Travel Ski Lodge, which hasn't died yet...

I can't find it anymore, but I think it was making a charrie on Scyllas gods and goddesses RP forever ago.

And you used to be KATNISSLOVER?? Wow, I had no idea! 

I think my first thing I thread was about my pets, and actually part of it just got published in the November/December magazine, unfortunately my subscription has ended so I didn't get it.

This is what was published:

Hi.

Pets are awesome. I have a
parakeet/budgie named Sky, but we call him Sky Bird. He has a blue belly with
white splotches like clouds. He says, “cheeseburger,” “pretty bird,” “chirp
chirp chirp, I’m singing,” . . . and his all-time favorite, “baby bird.”

We also have three fish and a
tarantula named Monique. She just sits in one place all the time, except for
about once every three weeks we give her crickets.
