How are admins chosen? What do yall do?

We all were hired by Cricket Media editorial department for a variety of work on the magazines. Being an admin is just one of the things each of us do. We also read and select stories and letters for the magazines, proofread the pages, answer letters, correspond with writers, work with the art department in selecting illustrators for each feature, judge contests, and more.
