The Official CB Newsletter - written by Silverwaxwing
A while back, Ashlee made a
thread where she interviewed
poeple. It sparked my
imagination.
Why don't we have a CB
Newsletter?! Especially now,
in the Summer, while so
many people are away in
Summer Camps and
taking breaks! It is a
chance to write, to have
some fun AND to keep those
people in the know.
So basically all we do is write
newspaper articles. You don't
have to sign up and you
don't have to write if you just
want to join in the reading.
You can write poems, short
stories and draw art for the
newsletter. I thought it would
be kind of fun to write this in
columns, like I amdoing now,
but you don't have to.I'm
not even sure how this will
show up in the post.
So you can write about pretty
much anything you want,
whenever you want.
Make sure to list your CB
name after the article, like
I did (just to make it look
more newletter-y.) and
After your artwork.
I hope this idea will work out!
I think it would be pretty
swell to have a CB
newsletter! So please join in!

Sure! When the school year starts I might be too busy though... I started our schoolès newspaper with my friend and we still do most of the work, so Ill be newspapered up... But sure Ièll do it during the summer :)

Oh! I like newsletters! I joined the journalism club at my school, stayed until the very end of it (at the end, only, like, six people were left), and founded the newsletter at my afterschool! (Do I seem like I'm bragging? Probably.)
I'm thinking of starting an advice column maybe? Should I?

Lovely idea, Silver! I will come up with some stuff for sure. Should we also include articles about the current big threads, new people, and things of the CB?

That was the general idea of what I had in mind! I thought maybe we could add links to other threads and write about the comings and goings of CBers and pretty much anything else going on on the CB!

This is a great idea! Along with writing articles, I'll also make art for the newsletter too if you'd like! I'll either make art for the newsletter traditional or digital.
Anyways, this sounds like an amazing idea! I'm in!

Whoa, Silver, that sounds awesome! I enjoy writing storys and poems, interviewing for articles, and drawing art! Maybe I could do, like, an article with storys, poems, interviews, maybe polls, and art. would that work? I'll attach a story below.
