So yeah, today's my birthday. I'm thirteen! Since I'm one of the younger ones in my grade, it's pretty good to feel like I'm finally catching up, even though— technically — I'm not.
Well, just now my cousins burst into my bedroom honking airhorns and screaming, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" in increasingly weird accents and stole my glasses, so I'd better make sure they don't break anything. Adios!

Ooh, Admin, that cake sounds really good. I usually go for a fancy homemade apple pie without the top crust thing (and instead this layer of cream stuff on top) instead of cake, but since my birthday is coming up, maybe I'll do that cake instead.
Happy Birthay Abigail! I hope your glasses are o.k. I get that thing about catching up. I'm still going to be 13 on the first week of school. Don't turn 14 'till the week after.

Happy birthday! I've had a lot of birthday cakes, and my favorite has probably been a generic chocolate cake, with good probably-vanilla frosting and some sort of crunchy chocolate sprinkles I don't know the name of, but for my next birthday I'm planning to have marbled pound cake, which is possibly my favorite kind of cake. So my favorite flavor of birthday cake is one I haven't eaten yet. The confetti angel's favorite cake is probably some kind of confetti cake.
