Hello, you beautiful people! Okay, so before I start typing, I spent some time reacquainting myself with the CB (I've been gone for over a month! WHAT?) and I just realized how much I've missed this place. Thank you so much to Claaws, as well ass everyone else who was concerned about my whereabouts.

The reason I haven't been on is because my preferred way to go on the CB was a school-issue Chromebook, but I'm no longer in middle school so I had to return it. I'm now on a very old, very slow ACER computer. Apologies or any spelling mistakes I make. I'mt rying to catch all of them but I may miss some. I'm going to try to be on here more often, but it's quite difficult to make long posts with my limited time to be on the computer and the unpredictability of it randomly shutting down.

Also, this summer has been pretty crazy in general. I've reconnected with a much beloved friend of mine who lives in Belgium (I videochatted with him for 2 hours!), been to MIT (in Boston, MA) for the biggest kids triathlon in New England, and just had a lot of fun hanging out with old friends. There have been downsides, but that's not something I care to remember. I'm finding it extremely difficult to comprehend the fact that I'm going to high school at one of the oldest private schools in the US this fall. Surprisingly, I've only actually been to the coast once this summer. I've spent a lot of time at various lakes and ponds and rivers and things, but only 8 hours at the ocean. I also attended what I will always remember as the greatest graduaton party EVER! It ended with a bunch of us sleeping over at the host's house and setting off sparklers and fireworks, making a bonfire and burning any no longer necessary school work, and making midnight pancake art.

I've learned some rather interesting things about some of my friends this summer, none of them bad. Just... surprising. This may end up being a summer to keep in the books as one of my best ones yet,but who knows. I've still got a month to go, and it'll be my busiest one. I'm going away to an 8-day sleepaway bike camp (super excited) where I'll get to reconnect with 2 more friends (one lives in Manhattan (the greatest city in the wooooorld) and the other in Virginia). The three of us are going to be the only girls at the camp, but that's okay because we all know each other really well, despite the fact that we only knew each other for 4 weeks of last summer. I'm also going to do some vounteering at a special needs camp for a week, as well as getting ready for school.

So... How have all your summers been? I want to hear, or rather read, all about everything. Tell me about stuff that's happened in real life, or on the CB, or anything. Anyone have new musical suggestions? What books have you read? What RPs can I join? WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT BEAUTIFUL WARRIORS RP THAT I WAS IN ON PUDDING'S PLACE?
