I am so sorry! I completely forgot! Here are the results!
In ninth place: Bookworm! It wasn't my favorite picture, but I still loved it!
In eighth place: Starseeker! I really liked it, but... I didn't really love it beyond, you know? I still love it though!
In seventh place: Silverwaxwing: I really, really liked it! Just not the best I've seen.
In sixth place: Kate-the-Great! It was really nice!
In fifth place:Doctor Who?! That looks funny! Anyway, really cool picture!
In fourth place: Horse Spirit Girl! Wow! I really liked it!
In third place: Coyotedomino! I loved the picture, especially the vibrant colors! (Even if it was edited;)
In second place: Pheasantwithbooks! I loved it! At first I couldn't decide between you and Coyotedomino, but eventually I decided.
And... in first place... drumroll please... QUILL! I absolutely loved your picture! It was amazing!

Hey, Doctor Who!
So, I don't think Twirlgirl was not claiming your photo looked funny, but rather how she wrote your name. Because you have a question mark at the end of your name and she added an exclamation point after the question mark, it doesn't look like how she announced anyone elses name. That's just my guess, but I don't beleive she was insulting your photo.
